What is PBA
PBA is a simple, yet highly effective method of releasing Emotional Blocks without going into the story or doing any form of psycho therapy or counselling. We do however find these emotional blocks that may be preventing you from accessing your truest identity or potential.
PBA also elaborates a little deeper on how these Emotional Blocks have impacted you both positively and limiting. PBA represents a major breakthrough in the complex fields of self-help techniques and other therapies that work with emotionally challenging states of mind, whether temporary or chronic.
PBA is unique as it is non-invasive, yet profound in finding these Emotional Blocks/States, in a sequential format from utero to adulthood, inclusive of relationships with family, loved ones and our environment. All of this without going into the story nor re-living the past.
How a session takes place
A PBA session is divided into two parts:
The first part is balancing the emotional body with specific acupressure points that create an energetic circuit around the body.
These circuits not only activate the body, they also activate the brain as each circuit has its exact counterpart connected with the brain. The 22 different circuits have been carefully selected, each one corresponding to a specific energy or emotional state and allows the restoration of the energetic balance of the client.
Protocols are constituted by the grouping together of a number of selected circuits, each protocol targeting a definite, psycho emotional state and re-calibrating that state.
The second part of the session focuses on the identification of the emotional blocks and releasing them. Here we go through a list of thousands of emotional blocks Dr Delatte has found in his intensive research of over 20 years, and of more than 40,000 case studies and clinical observations with his patients. The technique used is based on the quantum properties of the information stored within the brain of these emotional disturbances.
Once the emotional block is identified, the brain knows its safe to release the block and does so with ease..
How Emotional blocks are created
Emotional blocks are created by forgotten or denied events that took place in the past generally during childhood. These emotional blocks lay dormant in the subconscious mind, impacting heavily on our day to day behaviour's and responses to life' challenges, changes and/or successes.
Since we are unconscious of these emotional blocks, we react in autopilot of survival or protection to circumstances in our daily life, depleting our energetic resources and creating disharmony and disconnect from our true authentic self. Due to these automatic responses, they become repetitive behavioural patterns that we generally perceive as personal flaws such as; lack of self-confidence, low self-esteem or fear of success to name a few.
The aim is be able to acknowledge that we have the capacity to be more than we think, once we are aware of these limiting pattern, beliefs or emotional blocks.
What is important to know
An emotional block, belief or pattern is not you nor your fault. It is not part of your true identity, these are not your defects. The origin of these can be explained to the person, however it is not about seeking the cause of these blockages, as most of the time one cannot find the exact cause, and we risk causing emotions of anger to flare up unnecessarily.
This is the difference between PBA and other therapies, we identify and remove the blocks, however, we do not look for the cause. What is important is that the blockage is identified, awareness is brought to the client, its positive and or negative impact of the blockage is shared to the client and know that the brain now feels it is safe to release the blockage.
The more blockages we find, the better. You have a chance of tapping wholly to your true nature, you live and feel better after the removal of them and start to live your true identity.

A session is conducted in 2 parts, fully dressed and usually laying down.
